I can't login in my old account

I used to play on this server with my friends and we decided to come back to the good old days, but I can't seem to remember my account password and when I try recovering it nothing pops up on my email. I remember the username though and if you could do anything to help me satisfy this nostalgy we all have I would appreciate it a lot.
