I lost my Ashen Band ring from the choose your path quest, but Ormus the Penitent won't let me replace it. Help is much appreciated.

Check your bags/ banks etc, if it's not anywhere, open a ticket in game and a gm should replace it
Checked my bank and bags, its not anywhere. Opening ticket in game now
