Because there is no point shop on Frostmourne.
I don't believe you can even collect points on Frostmourne - we have people in our guild who only have Frostmourne characters and have well over 2k achievement points (only need 1k to collect) and can't collect points.
Does race change mean u can change race to that of a different faction?
