Any Character for Character trading in plan?

Is there a possibility that it might be implemented in the future? If no, please explain, thanks

It's been suggested before, generally been boiled down to it beeing exploitable and there isn't much point in doing it, as you woukld have to make a lot of restrictions so people wouldnt change naked chars for full bis chars. And you can already acomplish a simmilar thing by using the system as it is.
