theoretically yes, you should be able to get premium status if this Moderator comment is still true: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=366716
So, getting 1 Coins should be enough to skip realm's queue BUT it might not be enough to acces to "Trade" system. (if that was your goal).
It seems you need to donate at least 10 euro/Dollors (basically a donation that awards 10 Coins) to be able to sell on "Trade" market
