What happened to missing items?

The missing items from May 1st server outage.
I wrote an email over a week ago and still no response.
What's going on?

Wait for a reply. If it doesn't arrive within 2 weeks since you sent the first mail, send it again. You need to add which items you're missing in the mail. Keep in mind, they can check which items disappeared from your character during that time.
