[ANSWERED]Item missing

Greetings,

I am interested in an item which has not been put on store neither in game to obtain (through the quest).
Before telling me to do this and that, yes, I have already clicked the Item Missing button and I have reported the item missing in the store.
But it has been quite a while now and item still can't be found on the store. The item is not legendary or anything, it's a t3 leggings item.
My question is, is anyone even checking those reports for item's missing or is there some other reason why the item wasn't put on the store yet, or does it take few weeks/a month to take some action? Would really appreciate Your assistance.
