Hello guys,
Can you please commend what to change to this hunter to have more dmg on single tagret? On doomy I did 7k dps. What's wrong with him?
And rotation/spec/gems/macros are wrong?

Dummies don't have that much armor so any class that uses armor penetration do bad dps on dummies but much higher dps in ICC for example.
Gear looks fine. I assume you're arp capped (1400)? Dummy is a poor indicator of dps because you're missing all raid buffs & debuffs. You're running trap spec without explosive trap glyph. Either use explosive trap glyph instead of kill shot glyph or go the standard 7/57/7 spec.
Outside of this, any issue with dps is a user error. Maximize autoshots, maximize steady shots.
