I don't understand why they can't help me with this problem.

The bracers are currently in my inventory and I can't put them on why that's the case I can't explain.

These were created and today they were sent to me by mail with a support with the content

You cannot create more than one of this type is the Problem with the Gladiator set but this is no possible
