I came back from a long break...no characters

Hello guys,

I decided to come back to experience the LK content...but moment i remembered my acc and mail and i entered i realized that my characters are missing...I've joined December 2015....i had a lot of geared characters that time...and a lot of vote or donation points i dont remember. I don't care bout the point, but my characters and my gold are the important part...Even if you're able ot restore my characters somehow(why they've been deleted) would be great.Gold i cna make it myself :) THanks in advance!

i honestly don't remember...a friend brought me back here :) He said he want to exp LK again...and we rememebered we had lots of chars here,but from what i've understood there was some kind of a 2 servers merge...idk what happened :(
