Rare Pet Skoll, help

I want to tame Skoll but i saw some guides but some say different things about how to capture it.
Someone can help me? every how many hours does it appears? appears when the server restart or or is there another way to capture it?
Im using NPCScan and NPCScanOverlay
I play in Frostmourne

One of the hardest pet to tame on a high popular server. One spawn point, cca 11 hours spawn time. Patience, patience and patience.

It should have more than 1 spawn location if its like on retail.

Arcturis is the hardest pet to tame.
