It refused to let me pay with 1 of my cards and now my account is locked and i cant even try my other one. Can you unlock my account

What exactly is locked? Only donations? Right when you open donation window or when you try donating with card?

Only donation with a card is locked, because a friend of mine tried donation for me. I don't want to give his id and whatsoever and i prefer to donate myslef with my card and not bother him anymore. Payment with visa is locked.

Maybe you can use another donation method? For example, prepaid cards like Mint or Paysafecard?

If you want to get it unlocked, you have to contact Paymentwall support. But they will most likely ask for pictures of your card and some documents.

Paysafecard is just a card that i buy with a pin code right? Then i just insert it here and there is nothing more to it. No more information i need to give or wait payment securities or sth.

Yes, you just buy it and use the code. But make sure you have Paysafecard option available on donation window and that it's not locked for you.
