SO IDK HOW TO GET FLIGHT LICENCE ON STORMWIND. ANY HELP? Xd

You can't train flying in Stormwind.
You can't fly in Stormwind or any of the old continents (Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms).

Both of those were added in Cataclysm.
