I can't Pick in flight form

Hello guys, i don't undertand why i can't pick plant in fly form since i had the flight form. Help me pls.

You need to land in order to herb in flight form. You can stay in flight form, but you need to "land."

But in WOTLK normaly u can pick in fly form when flying !

Incorrect. You have always had to land in order to herb/skin. Again, you can stay in flight form, but you need to be on the ground.
