Can't use dungeon finder

Hello

I was in a party before in the Oculus when people left on the last boss, But now when i try to sign up using the dungeon finder, It says role check initiated but it fails because i am not in a party, I can't even talk in party chat because i am not in a party , How do i fix this ?
