[ANSWERED]Can you please move my char. Quest is bugged.

Can you please move my char from the goblin starter zone.

I got kicked of the server mid quest, so now i cant get back on the boat to do the quest that i think will send me to OG or something. this zone is so god damn bugged, so help a fella out and just punt it to OG please.
