bought mount for arena points, no points no mount

Hello, so this thing never happened to me in 12 years i play WoW. I bought a magic broom mount for 1200 arena points and 35000 honor or so, and i got it in my inventory, i was clicking on it but nothing happened, so i reloged, and the mount disappeared from my inventory, i also dont have it in my mounts section, but arena points and honor are deducted... how is this possible? I dont think anybody will seriously help me with this since i dont have video or something, but still an extremely frustrating and unusual problem, now i have to grind honor and wait for my arena points all over to try to buy another mount..
