Donating issue

Hi, old frostwolf player here from molten, just recently coming back to find everything's been wiped due to some dumb ***... Anyways, I see the pops are still high and I am unable to make log on to ice crown because of the Q. I would like to donate but all my cards come back cancelled. Not sure why. I tried disabling ad blocker in my browser like someone mentioned in a previous thread but to no avail. My fear is that if I keep attempting this that more money will be taken off of my card. What is the best way to do this?

They were canceled how? It's very possible that you need to confirm your identity/transaction. Paymentwall often requires this, idk which method you used.
