[ANSWERED]Get stuck

My character Chamanquillo in the realm of Frostwolf, making a mission in Borean Tundra (Kodo mission), yesterday the server kick me out twice, but when i want to get in i can not, get stuck in the interfase it´s charging and did not finish, listen sound of hits but that is all, i can get in i wrote a ticket in the game with another character and dont have an answer, please help me. Thanks!
