I accidentally purchased a character trade for outlands which is dead. Is there any way to get a coin refund since I am not even able to play the character with the realm down?

I accidentally purchased a character trade for outlands which is dead. Is there any way to get a coin refund since I am not even able to play the character with the realm down?
There is no refund for trade and afaik Outland isn't down, it was just removed from the webpage.
