how to track enemy combat status as rogue ?

hi guys can some one advice me aboat an easy way to track my enemy is out/in combat in the arena ?

and u can see he see the cobmat by this two swords icon is this an addon can some one tell me the name of it ?

addon is "CombatIndicator"

I do not know if it is still possible to find a wotlk version by using google but you can find easily that addon on "addon pack" uploaded by warmane "pvp streamer" on their twitch pages
