I enter my character favorite in Frostmourne I see a mandatory name exchange that someone wanted to take this name from me how he could do that how he has authorization and this is my character he can't make me forced to change my name to take it

I think it's illegal he has the right to reserve yes! but if the name is taken it is good he no longer has the right!
No one is taking your name, the name simply isn't allowed hence the forced name change
why it's not allowed what's hateful or racist about it it's just a color ?
Who knows. The list comes form Blizzard, specificaly from when they had WoTLK and warmane started using recently.
