I cannot log onto my character after paying for a name change.

Hello,

I am attempting to change my blackrock character's name from Jpeggus to Jpeg. I have the Jpeg name reserved on my account. I paid for the name change service but when attempting to use it, the screen bugs out as shown:

Pressing enter does nothing. I cannot even change the name to keep my original name of Jpeggus because it errors and says the name exists. Therefore, I am unable to log into my character. I have contacted a GM regarding this issue and I received the following message:

I just need an admin to simply delete the character named Jpeg which I've created on my account (you can check this) and then rename Jpeggus to Jpeg.
Please help so I can log into the game. I paid for the service.

Reserving a name and then not getting it isn't exactly Warmane's issue.

There is clearly bugged behavior at play here. How can two characters on the same realm share the same name? I would argue that this is Warmane's issue.

I wasn't refunded or anything and but at least the character isn't bugged on armory any more.
