If you have any prepaid card option then use that. Paymentwall is terrible with cards and they ask for people's ID photos, photos of the card, passports and what not.
I've used mint because that's what I have available to me, but any prepaid card is much easier. Buy the cards/codes somewhere else online from a vendor that works better than paymentwall and then just enter the code here.
