How does the Scroll of Deception work? (Transmog question)

So I only got two of them, but how do they exactly work? I click on the scroll, click on the Item which I want to take the transmog from, and then what? Does that scroll become a item, like the scroll for enchants? Thx for answers and sorry if its a stupid question, gotta be careful with those scrolls cause they are rare :P

Yes the scroll becomes a item, then you right click the item and click on the gear you want xmogged.
Check the "Spoiler" part of the first post and they will even show you.
