Spellstone or firestone for Demo PvE?

I'm new to warlock and especially demo. What stone is best to use for demo locks?

Give me that sweet sweet haste Spellstone.

never use firestone its trash in comparison to spellstone

Always spell stone, only when we obtain icc and maybe toc 25m levels of gear will haste be plentiful enough that it will be viable for you to think about using the other one.
