How to get to low gear BG

Anyone know how the new BG brackets work? I can't get to low gear bracket with new 80 char.

There are no brackets anymore.

There are brackets, but as soon as you have an item that's not obtainable on Frostmourne you get put in the higher bracket. As simple as that.
Including bank items.

So clearly there are no brackets unless u are from frostmourne ? Because dont know what is the chance to not have item that is not obtainable on Froustmourne if are are from Icecrown and Lordareon.

I got 1 item from FOS and 1 from POS, it is available on Frostmourne or not? I don't have anything else, because it's fresh 80 except these 2 things.

No, Frostmourne does not yet have ICC dungeons (FOS/POS/HOR)
