server lag ? (skills not activating for couple seconds, then all activating)

Hello I am new player on warmane and on frostmourne server, I think server is perfect except for one thing, many times there is a bit of what seems to be server delay, you fight a monster, press your skills, and nothing happens for 0.5-2 seconds then everything you pressed in that window will activate at once,

seems to be a lot worse during different times of day and/or depending on how many players there are in same area, I really dont think is my pc or connection cause I have pretty strong system and connection, and I also play a bit on official classic servers and there is never this problem there for example,

ping to server according to the button on action bar is 29-32 ms always (am located in Sweden) and fps is constant 120 fps locked everywhere pretty much (except perhaps places like dalaran where 1000 of players are in small area)

pc: i7-9700, 2x8gb 3600mhz ram, rtx 2060 gfx card, on 250 mbit connection


I also understand it is private server with many players so I do not expect flawless server latency, but still !

Warmane implemented a new "batching system" to handle the bandwidth usage or smth I think, I think this systems brought with some unforseen problems that makes the game lagg instead, I have been told by a moderator that Warmane are aware of the problem and it's been looking into.

I see, hopefully this can be fixed or improved, every player I asked about this agrees they all suffer from the same issue more or less but have just accepted it, lets hope it can be improved at least !

Yeah everyone can feel it, I heard it's worste on Icecrown, specially after DBS in ICC for some reason. I personally feel my spell caster characters are unplayable.

btw the thread you linked ( http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=423238 ) a mod wrote there that they applied a fix to Icecrown (but not any other server as far as I understand ? ) and I created a new character there to test tonight and it feels a lot better than Frostmourne server,

but I also have not tested Frostmourne again since that fix was applied , maybe its better there too now maybe not, the economy and market/gear is a lot better on Frostmourne since it is kind of fresh, so would be nice if it was fixed there also, will test again on my normal Frostmourne char tomorrow, but having fun leveling right now on Icecrown and feels very smooth and responsive !
