So I heard that queing for forge and pit gives the best free gear. When i try to que for a specific dungeon, it says i'm locked n that instance already. What does this mean? Any way I can spam them?

So I heard that queing for forge and pit gives the best free gear. When i try to que for a specific dungeon, it says i'm locked n that instance already. What does this mean? Any way I can spam them?
You can make/join a party, go there and walk in instance. That's how everyoene actually farms it.
Also if you're on Frostmourne these dungeons aren't unlocked yet - 6 months to go.
