stucked

Hi
my lvl 32 mage is stucked as i tried to go in a dungen in "forsaken rear guard" at "silverpine forest"
can you help me with that?

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
