Where is the best place to post about Ulduar issues?

We've been having issues with some mechanics in Ulduar, but unsure where to post them. Where should they go?

Yet still the majority of the reported bugs I see on the first few pages are fixed. If you'll choose to not report a bug because an other wasn't fixed, then so be it, it's your decision.
