Can't take the items from an mail

Hello. I have a problem with the mails in-game. If i shift+left click one mail to take automatically it;s content, it will take only first item and that's all. Even if i try to shift+left click again or manually taking every item, it doesn't work and i need to relog and manually take every item, witch is time consuming and isn't fun at all. I don't have any addon for auction, mail.
What can I do to solve this problem? I tried to unstuck from website, ingame, uncheck all addons. Nothing worked.
