Heirlooms and Enchants.
Sorry if this is the wrong place or if there's another topic similar. First time ever posting on a forum and don't really know the rules as such!
I'm curious on the enchant options for wrath.. to my understanding you could acquire heirlooms on a level 80 character, then apply a max level enchant (Berserking in this case as I'm doing this for a enhancement shaman) and then once sent to w/e level character the enchant will still work but would most likely scale.
I'm told that can only apply enchants that don't have a "level requirements" in order for them to function on a lower character.
So basically which of the above scenarios are true? as a bonus question to anyone answering, what would you enchant a enha shamans weps? I'm feeling berserking or mongoose but not 100% on what's the overall best.
Thank you in advance for reading my first ever post!

No when you enchant a heirloom they become soulbound as far as I know.

You can apply anthing as long as it doesn't say "this will bind" or "requires item level of at least 35" etc
