Using the Point system in warmane account

Hi, I am a character on Icecrown and was wondering if you are able to purchase end game gear with points such as itm lvl 277?

For endgame gear you need Coins (you get coins by donating)

No, you can buy those only with coins. With points you can get up to item level 239. You can check the items and their prices on Store page.

The problem is the following, it is assumed that to obtain voting points it is necessary to have 1000 achievement points, so in my account I already have 1000 but it does not allow me to charge and I would like to know why. please if you could really help me thank you very much

Achievements from Frostmourne and Blackrock don't count.
They need to be unique - having 2 level 80 achievements only counts once.
Once you're able to collect points you'll see a "Collect points" next to the amount of points you have here: https://www.warmane.com/account
