Druid cat form + prowl macro?

Hey guys, I tried making a super simple macro for automatically switching to cat form and going into prowl but instead I just switch to cat form and that's it.
I did some googling and apparently you can just press 'Prowl' and automatically be shifted into cat form but it doesn't work for me (says cat form is required).

Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks guys.

/cast sequence Cat Form, Prowl

or

/cast Cat Form
/cast Prowl

That looks like the obvious solution, I tried that but for some reason it doesn't work.
There is no message stating why it doesn't work, I simply become Cat Form but not prowl

/cast [noform:3] Cat Form
/cast [form:3] !Prowl

number of form may vary if, you dont have Bear Form

I do have bear form, and unfortunately that macro doesn't work either.
Is there something that my char is missing here? Is there some ability or talent or something that would allow fast switching into prowl?

You must press it twice or more. And on stance bar, Cat Form must be 3rd.
You cant prowl within 1 press on WoTLK

Ahhh, got it. Shame u cant prowl with one press.
