It has been tested and STS HC is the best. DC HC is second.
It's STS HC > DC HC > WFS HC > STS n > DC n > Herkuml > DBW HC, something along those lines
No idea about haste gems or whateveryoumeanbrlgbrlgblgrg
You have Shadowmourne so Haste gems are fine.
