Turn around time on coins / donating

I've made a few donations now and almost instantaneously I'll see a receipt in my email and the coins on my account. This time I've made another donation, I see the transaction on my credit card but I haven't gotten a receipt or the coins in my account.

Has anyone seen this before, how long can it take? I've been waiting for over an hour at this point.

Longest I waited 2 hours, Shortest time, 20 seconds.

Two hours is a long time. After 3 minutes im sending Smyth a message about it. Not sure how the donation rank works but my tickets get answered in like 30 minutes to a hour.
