I was banned for no reason - they haven't reviewed my appeal in 2 days - Advice?
Hey so I was running a heroic dungeon and some tank gear dropped. I quickly inspected the tank and saw he already had the item so I said "offspec' and needed. No one else needed on the item and I went on out of the dungeon. Shortly after 2 of the party members ( who I had an argument with in the dungeon) started whispering me saying they would report. I was not worried about it because I had done nothing wrong and I assumed any GM worth his salt would review their report and move on. Unfortunately my account was banned within 90 minutes. I submitted screenshots showing it was not a ninja and that I had done nothing wrong. Its now going on 53 hours since my appeal and nothing has happened. I opened a ticket on my other account and submitted screenshots and I've already had 3 responses basically saying "appeal the ban we don't care"
It's not a huge deal because I rarely play that account anyways, but I'm just amazed that Warmane actually allowed this and has done nothing about it. I figured I'd make a post and see if anyone knows how I can go about this most effectively.
Anyone have any advice or dealt with this before? These players are reporting as a team and I'm assuming when two reports come on the some player by two different players Warmane doesn't review it and just bans immediately, basically assuming there is no smoke without fire. Unfortunately this creates a problem where if you and a buddy want to ban someone you can get it done with absolutely no evidence.
