Tier 3 was removed in expansion 3.0.3 to make way for the new Tier 7 pieces acquired from Naxxramas (Tier 3 was obtained by classic Naxx). Transmogs did not exist at this time either. Since Warmane staff have given us Scrolls of Deception to transmog our gear, would it be reasonable to request a Tier 3 vendor for transmogs?
The pricing could be honor points, or reputation, etc...
You can buy t3 gear via marketplace. And no it would not be reasonable.
How would it not be reasonable? Scrolls of deception, like T3, were not originally available in WoTLK. Warmane staff had to manually implement them, which Blizzard also did in later expansions. Though scrolls are also available on the marketplace, they can still be obtained in-game without the use of a credit card. Also, there is a currently a legacy weapons vendor which is great for transmogs (think Grand Marshal's Claymore. Don't have to pay for that weapon :P). We don't have to pay for those, why should T3 be any different? Blizzard also made T3 gear available through the Black Market Auction House in MoP. I can't see how T3 should be very different...

They have added tmog, because we asked for it. If you want BMAH play pandas, you say it would be reasonable to add it, what about people who paid for the gear just because you cant have it for free? Should we get refunded, if not what is fair there?Quote:
