Recipes not dropping?

I'm trying to get these

But they do not seem to drop at all. (And yes, I have the profession, and it's maxed)

Drops since i've farmed it about 3 weeks ago. It has a very low drop chance, took me few hours to get it.
The one (Reinforced Cobalt something, I think legs) in Zul'Drak doesn't work and it's been confirmed on the bugtracker, just so you know if you're intent on getting it aswell.
Idk about Rituals.
