can we get restart mana/hp/CDS once duel ends or fled, i think mass players would like that, server is 80% for just dueling and it would make it more fair without abusing and rage all the time.

that already happens when a duel start (but just in duel zone)
well thats problem ppl abuse 10 cds before duel even beggins, thats why i give idea to put CD restart at end of duel
