Website character trade

Hello there,

I have purchased character on the wrong realm, therefore I sold that char and tried to buy warrior on the right realm but I'm having issues.
it says "You do not have enough non locked coins to purchase this sale, try again in 72 hours." Even I do have the correct amount of coins.
What should I do?

the coins you gain via Trade are "Locked Coins".
This means that for the first 72 hours those coins can be used only on "Service" and "Store".

After 72 hours they are no longer "Locked" so you will be able to spend them on "Trade"
