1. You need to report players by opening a ticket in-game
2. From your SS it looks like you have met a Multiboxer. (it is 1 player which controls more accounts at same time and this is allowed).

I made the mistake of thinking this was botting but apparently it was something pretty common that people do that is allowed. Sorry about that. Now I know.
