[H] Frostmourne NA LFM for 10/25 man raiding <All Gas No Brakes>

All Gas No Brakes is an NA guild whose goal is to create a healthy 18+ community to raid at least one 10 man and one 25 man per week. Our 25M is on Saturday from 9PM EST to 1AM EST, while we have a 10M on Tuesday from 8:30PM EST to 11PM EST.

We are currently recruiting for all roles, with an emphasis on DPS and Healers. We would prefer if you have killed at least 3/4 Keepers in 25M Ulduar. Our loot system is roll-based and we do not use a loot council or DKP. Simply show up and you will have equal access to loot. All we ask is that you are mindful of what is a sidegrade for you and what is a flat upgrade for others in the group.

The guild was formed for those with families and other responsibilities who still want to raid, but may not be able to put aside 12hrs per week in order to do hard progression. Many of us have lives outside of Warmane, and we play other games too. We do however want to continuously make progress on the nights we do raid. We value our raid time and want to use it wisely.

We are happy to take newcomers to Warmane who have yet to experience the WotLK content, as well as WotLK-retail veterans who enjoyed the content such as myself. Since I personally did not join Frostmourne until the last few weeks of Naxx, you can refer to my retail experience here & here:

You'll find that many of us are patient as long as you are capable of pulling your weight and you can maintain a positive attitude. We want to have fun at the end of the day. Drama is a no-go and *will* be swiftly dealt with. We do not tolerate it and will not hesitate to stem it before it has a chance to become a bigger problem than it needs to be. AGNB was originally formed as group which is free from intolerance, impatience, or generally dickish behavior. Our priority is chill raiding with fellow adults who can perform well and are capable of taking criticism.

Bear in mind: just because we are a laid back group, we do NOT want to baby you. WotLK is a decade old, and the resources are available on these forums for you to improve on your own time. Use them.

Weekly bump. Still looking for more people to join our roster.

Currently we are running at 10-12 consistent people with more gearing up. Our current priority is refilling our 25m roster so that we can go into ToC prepared. Once we have our weekly regulars, we aim to have 10/25m Ulduar on farm with HMs to revisit for those nights we clear ToC early.

Our last (mostly pugged) group on September 8 cleared 8/12 bosses in 3 and a half hrs. For our September 12 raid, we would like to push this to 10/12 or 11/12.
