will ICC be released on Frostmourne?

The question is simply the "title" :D

Anyone knows if ICC will be released, and if yes.. when?

The server opened on 15 April and it was said that the updates are every 3 months, in fact Ulduar was released on 15 July.
So, theoretically, ToC 15 October and ICC 15 January.

And Ruby sanctum on April? That would leave very little time to do RS before server wipe.
