Minimum level for Brewfest event?

Event starting this Sunday, so I wanted to know what is the minimum level I can que for the dungeon and get a chance to win a mount?

75+ is the lvl requirement

Trinkets drop every time the boss is killed.
If you go in BRD manually or with mole machine you need to be 45+.

However mounts can drop only from the first daily RDF join to the event.
For Midsumer my chars had to be 78+ for the event to appear in RDF tool.
If I remember correctly 75 or 78 was the requirement last year for Brewfest.

How can I kill Coren as a 70s lvl? My friends queued there via RDF and try to summ me but it doesnt work.
I also run the whole instance alone but Coren did not spawn. Is there any way to achive it?

You can't kill him alone at lvl 70, and you can't invite people to an existing RDF group.
The only way you can do it at level 70 is getting there manually and either have an extremely good teamwork, or have level 80s carry you.

isn't Coren only spawned if queueing with the dungeon finder, rather than running in manually?

I saw few 70s twink with that achiv so there must be a solution
