This may be an old question and might be available on the forum but unfortunately could not find it.
Exp rate is x7. what about other rates?
1. Gold
2. Rep
3. Prof leveling
Also is it worth chasing achievements here? Like Loremaster? Is it even doable?
And when the change to new realm happens what happens to achivements, gold, rep etc?

Loremaster is doable.
When characters get xferred to Icecrown everything goes with them
