What can I do about undergeared tanks in heroics? I am getting queued with them a lot recently. They are either wearing PVP gear to raise their ilvl, or they are wearing some other gear (other spec) to get into heroics and then switching it out when they get in.
Kick and queue up for another tank.
Heal them. Shields, preemptive HoTs, constant uptime on Ancestors/Inspiration dmg reduction buff.
CC mobs for them. Stun, silence, disarm. Slow & kite.
A bigger issue on this server is tanks that can't hold agro. I'll take an undergeared tank that can hold agro vs a geared one who can't.
The biggest issue is that 80% of server are unskilled
