Potential Character loss

Hi, after hearing that outland will be decommissioned I went to try transfer my hunter from ~2-3 years ago and couldn't find him, his name was either Scratchpost or Lfbellyrubs and was a level 70 male orc hunter with Don Santos' famous hunting rifle
Is there anything I or the support team could do?

Did you check in-game? You need to log in and give him a new name if not.
