To instantly ban cheaters above a chertain GS

Hello guys; it is my understanding - but I can't say I'm correct for sure - that players using scripts for unfair PvP advantage are usually banned at the end of the arena season. If this is true, then my suggestion is to still instantly ban the players caught using scripts that are above a certain GS, let's say for example 6.0 or 6.1k.
In fact, while a newly created/leveled too has yet to put time into his character, a player above a certain GS finding himself banned will certainly be affected by the loss, even if it's before the end of the season, and this should discourage him from further PvP cheating.
Besides, a very geared character using scripts is much more of an issue than a low geared character, especially in the soloque setting where players get mixed.
